CPS Dog Section operates in partnership with our Dog Training Centre, which is run by our team of trainers, canine biologists and veterinary surgeons from our licensed kennels which is the largest working dog facility in Europe.

As the largest supplier of working dogs to the services in the UK, our Security Working Dogs have an exceptional reputation and have set precedents by being the first security dogs to patrol the streets of London with Crown Protection Service; the pioneers of the Neighbourhood Patrols.

Our dogs are trained to work in all environments. They are not snarling brutes on the end of a lead but rather a visual deterrent and a proactive element of the service required from property protection, alarm response, guarding and patrolling, to search and detection of contraband.

Crown Protection Services currently holds SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) status for the provision of Security Guards and Keyholding.

The ACS Standard encompasses all aspects of a security provider's operation. It takes a holistic view of how well an organisation is managed and an approved organisation must demonstrate to an independent assessor, on an annual basis, that it has met defined standards.
