All officers are well presented and are chosen for their ability to deal with their duties and the public in a well mannered fashion. Crown operate mainly in Central London and just beyond the M25 region, although we cover Sporting and special events nationwide. We restrict our operation in order to continue to provide a professional but personal service.
Clients benefit from a full 24 hour control room, staffed 365 days a year and a substantial pool of stand by officers, for emergency work. We pride ourselves on our call out time, which have been monitored, and show the average time between call out and a supervisory officer being 'on site' to be just 12 minutes.
Our management team has been built on a merit basis coupled with intensive on site training, many officers being ex H.M.Forces or Metropolitan Police. All bodyguards are IBA Qualified and have served at least three years, with 100 hours IBA training.
All patrol dogs are wholly owner, trained and kennelled by The Dog Training Centre, and our handlers are experienced and conversant with the Guard Dogs Act 1975. Training takes place at our own premises in Elstree, Hertfordshire, and is all handled 'in house' by our sister company.
Finally, to deal with any queries you may have from time to time, we also have a full time Customer Liaison Officer, to deal with bookings, general queries or any problems you may have.
